Use EndryptS Advanced to encrypt the rom.
1. Put the rom in the same folder as the program.
2. Run the program, and press "1".
3. Follow the instructions.
4. You have now a Encrypted ROM of DS!

ok, so i put the game (Pokemon_Soul_silver_english.nds) into the folder with endrypts advanced and ran the program. the file was encrypted successfully and so i ran the emilator and i still had the same problem where it said "there is no game pak inserted". (i also ran it with "start cartridge directly" but that didn't work due to the error i told you about earlier). So the file is encrypted but i'm still getting the problem, :/

i don't think it is because when i use the option "start cartridge directly" it works fine (up until that error after talking to prof oak, but i hear that other people sometimes get that too)

thank you! i put this code in and it fixed the black screen with oak.

However, i played for a minute, saved, and tried to load my game, and i got the same black screen problem after the game loaded. Music still playing like last time. I have my save options set to flash 512k, so i don't think that's the problem.

Open No$gba (or No$zoomer)->select your game (this time it is SoulSilver)->Press F2->Click 'Add new'->in big box put this code 020DD9DC E0200000->select 'Action Replay DS'->you can give it some name like 'Fix!!'->Click OK->Check mark that code->click OK and Voila!....It should work if you follow these steps, also I think that you will need check mark your code every time you open your game

If you named it 'Fix' double click on the word Fix or your code name.
the result should be a small tick in the box
