Final Fantasy X cheat problem

Guys, I have a problem with FFX, ntsc version, CRC: bb3d833a. Everytime I try to put any code, once I start the game the emu freezes and the console says:

(EE) Tlb Miss, addr=0xc686e280 [store]
(EE) PC: 0x80006d40     Cycle: 0x031449d9

Using the search function I found an user saying that he did a working .pnach file for ffx usa, but I seem to be unable to find it. I scanned every post using the crc as key, but I found nothing.
So, please, could you tell me where to find this goddamn file, being it in this forum or anywhere else?
