Once a battery file is created a game wont load!

I played battle of the exiled today and even saved state so i could play again later... However when i reloaded the *.nds file the game no longer worked , i tried again still nothing!

I even tried loading the save state and still nothing , the only thing i could see that was changed was a newly created file in battery dir. When i delete this file the game loads as normal , but again if you load it without deleting that file the game wont load.

First of all, savestates don't work for DS games. Second, you should set the correct save type; instructions for which you find in my sig and Schumi's FAQ.
