ATI maybe.

nVidia is from the States, so yes.

ATI used to be Canadian but was bought by AMD so yes to that question as well.

Skore yoy need heavier artillery. I'm guessing you already heard about the fearsome robot called GTX-360KILL that prowls Nvidias perimeter? He has photon lasers. What do you plan to do about him?

TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) makes both nVidia and ATi's GPUs.
