Slowdown after restart
I restarted my computer for the first time in about two months today and since then I've been having speed issues on epsxe. The games run much slower than they were yestarday like around 50 fps in certain games. Also something strange has been going on, if I cover up a certain part of the emulator with another window the fps will suddenly increase to 140, which is what I had been able to get before the restart. Can anyone think of what happened or what I can do to get the emulator to perform like it was? None of my settings have changed, but I'll post them anyway.
