Is there a button to turn on and off safe texture cache?

@SabiUchiha96, go to GFX -> Advanced and check "Use Safe Texture Cache"

I understand he say a button to activate or deactivate with the emulator running.

You can easily toggle it while the game is running, just use the menu and the "Use Safe texture cache" checkbox.
However, there's no hotkey to toggle it. we don't need that many hotkey anyway
