Final Fantasy VII - Frame Skipping
I am having some trouble getting the frame skipping to function effectively with FFVII. Here is what I have been experiencing, I can use frame skipping (F4) outside of battles and it speeds up the game, however, when I get into a battle it slows down to normal game speed. I have also noticed that it is not letting me speed it up at all at the Icicle Town. Also, I had to play it on an older computer (transferred via flashdrive) and I ended up downloading an older GPU for that computer, and this allowed frame skipping in battles. I am using ePSXE 1.7 with an NTSC version of FFVII. Settings available upon request. To clarify the question: How do I get frame skipping to work in battles? |

don't use frameskipping in FF games at all, it screws up the frame order causing performance issues and missing menu's
