Regardless of who took them, they are funny pics though.
I think you are right, I seen them on her facebook page, but they seem to have been taken by the moco police

Seriously. The sheer amount of cops in Moco is staggering, and they have literally nothing better to do then hide behind bushes waiting to pounce on someone. I was near Ledo's at Montgomery mall the other night, they had 9 police cars there. Yes, nine. What were they there for? Yes you got it, free late night Pizza.

My old area police were douchebags. I got pulled over for going 35... in a 35 zone. "Unsafe for the conditions".... There was a light dusting of snow on the ground, and I have good tires, traction control, and all wheel drive. I didn't get a ticket, but still.
I'll never get this. The funny thing is your car being all wheel drive, it handles snowy conditions twice as well as his cruiser

All wheel drive doesn't make a big difference in snowy conditions once you start moving. (it's more about getting you going. Once you start moving the different between AWD and FWD is negligible), but all-wheel traction control does a world of difference.

Well then you are talking about momentum, and no technology can do anything with once an object is in motion, it tends to stay in motion. Especially when there is less resistance (snow.)

I wasn't talking about allwheel drive it self though, more that your car will handle the snow twice as well. Crown Vics are rear wheel drive, no weight over the driven wheels, so they are awful in the snow. Loaded with tons of police gear, they are better, but not by much. If the cops around your area have Impala's instead of Chargers or Crown Vic's, then yes the front wheel drive does surprisingly well in the snow due to the engine wieghing down the nose to provide traction.

And you are completely right about traction control.....but there's no fun in it lol. Actually rear drive cars are awesome for the drifting skills in the snow. Just don't be an idiot and take out a lamppost or something.

I've driven a Grand Marquis (same car more or less) in the snow and it handled surprisingly well considering.

And Bill_Gates can agree with me here, that Montgomery County Police will stop you for anything, even if you are the caped crusader and you are speeding to the scene of the crime in your Black Lamborghini. Taken by a friend only a few minutes away down the street. I also love how they brought backup.

It made it onto the Top Gear website .

What happened to this forum???... Most devs are gone and there is little to no interest for Emulation nor advanced development... there is almost no reason to stay here except for the nostalgia of old days which is dying slowly.

Console/mobile homebrew and porting (like to linux) are all the rage now. The skill there compares monstruously to 'mere' pc emulation. Theyre also now driving all research and organized far better.

Ports done in days on newly jailbroken mobiles, handhels and consoles. Explain that one away.
More than skill, mindshare also moved on. Feats are no longer anything as amazing as in the past when they were rare. Even huge pc updates go unappreciated nowadays, and its not for lack of significance or visibility.

It's very normal, there's only so much you can say about a subject before you lose interest in discussions as a group. It's happened on a few forums I've frequented.
There's only so many regular posters and the community either starts posting about their lives and socialising for the sake of it or the forum breaks down to a point of closing down.
6 string heaven was such a case, it was a forum where the regulars were all pretty boss on the guitar and we would have group projects, rivalries broke out and ended the posting. We certainly didn't talk about guitars or music theory too much because we all knew our crap inside and out.

You have to think about the future of this place and what's happened in the past. In my experience it was all emulators and hardware then 4chan-esque bin material but that tired out too,
everyone here that regularly posts does so quite a lot of the time like this place is facebook or a hangout. We're in an internet pub.

I don't have built-in navigation in my car. I either use my phone or my TomTom.
