I know people that eat less and exercise more than me and are fat and always have been, whatever they try.

What that means is that you put on more fat than another person consuming the same amount of calories.
Given equal physical activity and in some cases even given greater physical activity to the fat person.

Are you saying you have diabetes...?

Some people are blessed with a naturally ridiculous metabolism, I am not one of those people. Not only what you eat, but when you eat it, how much you eat, and how frequently you eat effects your bodies metabolism.

Not only that but I doubt those peope that "exercise more" than and are still fat were ever truly committed to weight loss. I exercise 6 hours a week to keep my weight at acceptable levels. Including often painful weight lifting and really boring cardio. I also watch what I eat and rarely if ever pass 2.4k calories in consumption.

Its not easy, but its not impossible either.

What I'm talking about is a genetic precursor that leads toward Type2 Diabetes if not brought under control.

I think fat genes and naturally ridiculous metabolism might be the same thing. Just a figure of speech. Luckily i too, even at my age dont suffer with this.

^The thing about metabolism is that you can improve it through exercise and eating small portions frequently. Mine was pretty crappy until I became active.

I'm ballsy to admit I haven't watched a single episode.

I actually haven't been watching all that much current tv lately, instead I've been going through Star Trek marathons. Haven't seen the show in over a decade, so I'm loving the hell out of it.

People forget that non-maintenance free batteries require that you add water from time to time. 5 year batteries aren't going to last 5 years otherwise.

Distilled Water. Any other type of water would make it worse than not having enough water.

It's $1 for a gallon, considerably cheaper than replacing a battery.

Both my primary vehicles have Optima Sealed Deep-Cycle batteries... Really reliable and no maintenance required. Very expensive as well, but my that's all my uncle uses and he gets 10+ years out of them.
