system specs? usually that message means your hardware does not meet the requirements for the OGL2 or you need to update your drivers. if it worked fine before its likely that you need to do the latter.

download and install cpu-z and gpu-z, they will list the information needed about them. for the cpu i need to know the brand/model name and the clock speed. for the GPU i just need to know the brand (nvidia/ati) and model name.

you could also use the device manager to find this info but those two programs are much more detailed so i suggest using those instead. btw what O/S are you using, vista or XP?

http://www.cpuid.com/download/cpuz_150.zip

techPowerUp! :: Download TechPowerUp GPU-Z v0.3.3

It sounds like you're using the default Windows drivers and not the proper drives for your card.

Right-click "My Computer" and click 'properties'.

DevMan.jpg

In the device manager, under "Display Adapters", right-click your video card and select properties.

Click the "Details" tab.

Change "Property" to 'Hardware ID'.

VCProp.jpg

Select the text there and copy (Ctrl-C) it.

Paste (Ctrl-V) it in your next post.

I can find out what video card you have based on its hardware ID.

Is there a device that says something along the lines of "standard VGA adapter" anywhere in the lists?

EDIT: it might be under "Other Devices" and have a question mark next to it.

What brand and model number is your computer? If you tell me I can direct you to the correct video driver download link.

Do this except do it with the "video controller (vga compatible)" device instead.

-or-

You can list your computer's make(brand) and model number, as BigIg suggested.

EDIT: found it.

Go here and download your drivers for your graphics card.

Your also missing some other drivers. Go here for the rest.

You've got an S3 Graphics Chrome (eww) It can't do OpenGL2 at all. You should use the P.E.Op.S. software plugin instead.

This one. <- I *think* this is what "pci simple communications controllers" is.

Everything else *seems* to be installed.

And yeah, S3 is junk. It's not really made for any sort of gaming, it's just there so you can actually use your computer instead of staring at a blank screen.

Also, as previously suggested, you should probably run Windows Update (Help > Windows Update) from the Start Menu.

Choose to do a 'Custom' update instead of an 'Express' one.

In the upper left, you'll be able to choose 'Optional' updates; Select all driver related updates that it finds.

You don't. It stays open as someone else may have a similar problem and may find this information useful as well.
