Pokemon platinum save problem

I got the no$gba 2.6 version and the pokemon platinum version.

I can play the game, works fine. I can also save, and the save shows up in the battery folder after i quit the emulator.

When i load the game after i can't load the save.
I'm using flash 512 kbytes as backup media.

Am i doing anything wrong?

I start the emulator and instead of the loading pokemon screen with the save info, etc, it starts from the beginning every time.

is the name of the .nds file the save name of the .sav file? Because if it isn't then there's your problem.

Had this same problem, and fixed it

1. Make sure your NDS Cartridge Backup media is: Flash 512Kbytes (apparently you are)
2. It seems that this problem only occurs when you play the game using myZoom. When i used it with normal No$GBA or with NDS2xGL2 the save worked.

So your gonna have to play with either default or NDS2 unless someone finds another solution. Also when closing the program, actually go to File>Quit/Exit.
I hope i helped

The backup media is indeed flash 512 and im not using any 3rd party software.
Also i always quit using the quit option in the file menu, since otherwise no .sav appears in the battery folder.

Oddly enough, i read the pokemon save editing thread, changed the SAV/SNA File Format to Uncompressed and it worked... :P

Thank you all for your help

That's entirely incorrect.

Nothing WORKS (not even any of your solutions!)! Please Post another solution that works with Japanese Pokemon Games.

Hint: please show a picture for the correct Settings + the INI Config, OK?
PS: I use WinDSPro DSi.

If you use WinDSPro then you will receive no help here as it's a compilation of emus that bundles illegal material and is thus against the rules.
