FF7 Speed Square

I've been reading on-line about a tool that assists players in the ride.
a) I can't find it for my life.
b) Is there a version of this tool for emulators? Namely ePSXe?
c) Thanks for all the help about getting Aeris back.
d) I know I'm a wuss for not doing the ride myself, but I've tried 50+ times. I just suck at it.

Nevermind, realized I could've just slowed down the frame-rate. Feel silly now.
