Is there any translation for the game or any English Version?

Things like that are normally handled in the Misc. Handheld or the General Gaming board, as they are not related to the emulator in question, but because I'm in a good mood, you can find an autopatcher with a fanmade translation here. A clean dump of the japanese cart is all you need.
