has to be False Positive becuase i had Pcsx2 0.9.4 for long time. now its sayings its a trojan?

just looked, got a thread already v0.9.4 <trojan?.

damn Kaspersky has never let me down, just have to hope that "Kaspersky" fix the problem.

there must be a virus on your computer which would have infected the newly downloaded file.

Add to exception list.

Else, change antivirus. Its well known why any warnings would pop in for emulators.
Anyway, the builds from the central sources are clean, long story made short.

its just a false positive HCR, nothing to uninstall an av over. it happens, besides emulators tend to work in ways that seem similar to trojans and keyloggers.

If people want pcsx2 and cant manage to use a mere exception list, the easy pick is either give up ps2 emulation or seek something else.

Its because you're using the vm build. Its attempting to secure the same memory area that kaspersky secures for itself during startup, and thus is detected as a virus because virus (some viruses attempt to hijack av programs)

it is highly possible that this threat is a false alarm since AVG,BitDefender disagree of that

may be compatible but doesnt like what pcsx2 does ;P
