When i start a game (for example Metroid Prime) it says the MC must be formatted. OK..
But when i start the next game (for example zelda twilight princess) it must be formatted again. But then the data from Metroid Prime will be deleted too..

It depends. Every region... Usa - Eu - Jap
use different memory cards folders. So if you use for first time a
Usa game, your card will be formated, but the other region cards
will stay the same.

I use to play Megaman Command Mission on the US version, and Smash Bros
in the EU version. Those games use different cards, so formating one wouldnt
affect the other one.

Anyway, if you are having another kind of problem, you can always use
savestates.

delete your memcards (memorycard.raw), and must work with new .svn versions, i had the same problem with .svn till 1000, and no problem after 1000.

You have to use hex editor and modify it. The other thread already explain how.

Don't delete it if you want to continue the game. You need to use hex editor to modify it. Use the search here.
