Zelda WW and others

Well, just tried Zelda Wind Waker on rev 1217. It apparently goes fast at the Nintendo and Dolby logos and even when the Zelda WW logo is appearing, but then fps start dropping down like hell reaching less than 1 fps. The only way I found it to go fast at the logos is enabling Dynarec, even with DC mode enabled. It also goes fast when starting a new game, during the story telling, but ingame, dowwnn....
Also, it was either my imagination or SSBM ran slightly slower in this rev than in others. Just the intro video felt slightly faster.
ZTP just the same sad trouble as always...
Can something be done with those speed issues? Or is it strictly necessary to switch to the console or a better CPU? Thanks...

enable frame limiting, or set a 60HZ refresh rate and force vsync

Update your DirectX:

Download details: DirectX End-User Runtime

and you need a Xpad controller, that, can help, to go more fast, i don't know why, but true, dolphin is more fast and stable FPS, when you have a Xpad controller, i have a 360Controller

instead of you uses the keyboard, in some games the FPS down, when you are used the keyboard

@Squall-Leonhart: and how is all that done? Also, wouldn't frame limiting make the games just slower?
@Chilango:

when the emulation of certain game begins, you got a good FPS, but when you uses the keyboard in some computers, the FPS down, but if you used a Xpad controller, the FPS is up, and stable. permanently

i notice that in some games, like mario, zelda, and others

Edit: i will post some shots.

Update:
look here i post some shot

I checked this guy's post, and I have a doubt: how much is an AMD Athlon 64 x2 5000+ more powerful than my CPU (though he doesn't specify CPU speed)? Because he gets more than 20 fps in Zelda WW. Also how do I do what Squall-Leonhart suggested?
@Chilango:
English: not to mention that yours is indeed a monster lap... By the way, greetings, since a patriot from our nationality is not seen everyday. But when writing in Spanish be careful of also putting the English translation in order to avoid trouble with mods.

Well, tried to find the way to do what Squall-Leonhart suggested, but no succes... also tried the speed up trick mentioned here. No differences... Even with the ZTP save here, now I realized that ingame goes at the same speed as the intro: 0.7 fps (!!??). Is an AMD Athlon 64 x2 5000+ really more powerful than a Core 2 Duo 1.8? I'm pretty ignorant about processors, but I start to believe that it is indeed...
Also didn't find a way to speed up SSBM when ingame, because the rest of it seems almost perfect.
Maybe I should really try the Xbox controller trick? I won't be able to try it until saturday because I'm not at home.

And sorry for the offtopic, thanks...

Well, tried the Xbox 360 trick and fps as slow as always. Always trying the last revisions. OK, I'm starting to convince myself that I have a slow CPU, but at least can someone tell me if an AMD Athlon 64 x2 5000+ is better than a Core 2 Duo 1.8? And how do I set a 60HZ refresh rate or force vsync (if this will really give a small boost)?
