Problems with Smackdown Shut Your Mouth

I opened the game and it worked perfectly all the way past the cutscene. When it gets to the in-game menu however, the framerate drops to 3 and it won't open the menu. It just plays one of the superstars music and is stuck on the same screen.

These are my computer's details:
Intel Core 2 Duo 6400 2.13 GHz
2 GB of RAM
ATi Radeon HD 2600 XT, 512 MB
Windows XP Service Pack 3

And these are the plugins I'm using:
Graphics: GSdx 846 (MSVC) 15.00, SSE2) 0.1.9
Its in windowed mode, the renderer is Direct3D9 (Hardware), the shader is Pixel Shader 3.0, no interlacing, aspect ratio 4:3, D3D internal res is 1024 by 1024, and the native box is unchecked. The SW rend. threads are 1, the NLOOP hack box is checked along with the Texture filtering, and the alpha correction (FBA). The rest of the boxes are unchecked.

The Cdvdrom is Linuzappz Iso CDVD 0.7.0, and all the boxes in speed hacks are checked. (Disabled Forced ABS - Speeds up intense 3D, EE/IOP Sync Hack - General Speedup, Tighter SPU2 Sync FFXII vids - slower are all checked)

The CPU Config shows all the boxes checked and the frame limiting is normal.
