FFX-2 Unimplemented op

Right, so whenever I try to load up FFX-2 I'm getting an instant crash before anything shows.

What I'm seeing in the console is several unimplemented op codes:

e2570040
c0005
c0005
2001001
2001001

and then it says 'vmhack', I don't know if that's important or not though.

I know the game works in the emulator so could it be a bad rip or something along those lines?

It's the NTSC version.

first try with the original disc.
mention your plugin config and pcsx2 version.
also mention your system specs.

I just took a look, and the original disc is now at my brothers house so it will be a while before I can try that suggestion.

As for the other stuff,

PCSX2 0.9.4 with:

- GSdx 846 0.1.9
- PEOPS sound
- LinuzAppz Iso CDVD

EDIT: Forgot to mention, I've also tried this with other combinations of plugins and it crashes the same way

and the NTSC bios

Specs
------
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3.0 GHz
4 gigs of ram
Geforce 8800 GT OC

Try to make a new ISO or tried running it from the disc yet?
