Cool Remembering old members/friends

As we all might know we have had a long time here on ngemu. I have been here since 2005, watching emulation carefully. Many things have happend, the good and the bad.

I would like to dedicate this thread for the helpfull members/friends over the years. Just to remember them as how they were.

I have remembered 2 guys. Which one of them i dont know what happend and the other who just left.

The first is Twave some of you guys might remember him a spanish guy. He was nice to me when i joined ngemu. He helped me out with some stuff even if it was against the rules.

The other guy is Trinfidel he had some fight in the "#pcsx2" channel and left.
I spoke to him some months ago he just left the emulation scene.

So that was my remembering time what about yours

I presume a mention to Player-X might not be inappropriate. There were plenty intellectual and political topics and insightful discussions and debates he brought since his registering, which were appreciated by the more intellectual among us.

Pff, like anyone that's been here since 2005 will even know any of the old members.

At least I recognized the names that cooliscool listed.

1. wile: I'm sure most of you in these forums don't remember him (as he was active and banned before most of you active members joined), but he was really helpful to me and a really good friend. I miss the days back when Caustik, kingofc, sopskrutt, and a few others like shadow_tj and I would all pitch in to help Cxbx. Progress especially with homebrew (no one appreciates it anymore... at least not the new user base doesn't) was exciting. Good times, never to come back....

2. PentiumPro: aka ComputerTrendy. Another good friend. What happened to him remains a mystery to me.

3. RainMotorSports: Regardless of what everyone says about him, this guy was really not a bad person when you got to know him. We used to exchange PMs about pcsx2 and NVIDIA cards on a frequent basis until he got banned.

4. Popuri: Cool as hell. For those who actually remember her, I don't need to say anything else.

5. Lord Kane: Another great guy. Very nice admin and not judgemental.

6. Boltzmann: A living encyclopedia! Ask forth a question about science, and he will provide you with multiple links. It appears that only proto can truly match his personallity at times

7. JKKDARK: Yes, I dare say it. Even though I'm not proud of his "wrong doing", he's one of the best friends I've ever had when I stop and think about it.

I'm sure there's more, but I can't exactly remember them all right now.

Most I remember have been mentioned. Evil Squall, Galvatron and his huge thread about the matrix, Quatro.

I remember the threads where Ninja used to participate. He was a Nintendo fanboy like no other and could argue without taking offense.

And our resident gay moogle. I really miss that guy (in a good sense )

There was a kind admin that I really liked, sorry if I can't remember his name anymore. He was one of the older admins... old like Betamax old.

Is Samor still around?

Wow... I've been a member since 2001... amazing how time flies...

Betamax and Kane-sama

They were great guys. I believe that they still are around sometimes, because they both have been active this year.

Samor was last active four hours ago, so he's still around.
