SSE3 and SSSE3 - Page 3

I am using PCSX2 0.9.8 on my laptop which can support ssse3 i want to play DBZ budokai tenkaichi 3 and its running very slow in gameplay about 10-12 FPS
Here are my laptop specs :
CPU : Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU T3400@2.16GHz-2.17GHz
OS:Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit
RAM:@GB
GPU:Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
Can anyone help me?

Your laptop doesn't have a fast GPU, so you shouldn't expect high frame rates. Theoretically, Sandy Bridge Core i5 processors (CPU+GPU) should be fast enough, but the general recommendation of not running PCSX2 on a laptop still remains.
