Bloom broken?

I am running Dolphin 818 with OpenGL, and I load my ZTP save game, and I do not see the bloom rendering anymore =\

Tried that, 640x480 in window resolution and no blooming.

My guess, this revision broke it: r739 - dolphin-emu - Google Code

It looks the glScissor change is what is breaking the bloom, since the bloom is probably generated by using a Gaussian blur on the FBO.

It turns out that is not the revision that broke, so I need to keep looking and find another revision that broke it =s

the bloom is fixed on the default resolution and with the revert I made.

no, the "fix" is not uploaded, it is to show how it could be fixed or to help pin points some gfx bugs.

The Bloom works fine in any resolution as long the option "Stretch to Fit" is disabled
