Is there any way at all to play Giren's Greed?

I've tried changing my video settings and trying different versions but I just get a black screen in epsxe. I tried Xebra since I saw a topic mentioning it and it just gives me some warning screen in Japanese and stops. How can I run Giren's Greed blood of zeon?

post your system specs and the plugin you are using along with their current configs. have you attempted to run the game from both the disc itself and an image? have you also tried emulators that are not plugin-based like psx?

Yeah, got it to work with pSX. Hangs a lot though.

Using the newest epsxe with the Pete's plugin included, tried it set to both Nice and Fast. Also tried it in 1.6.0 using Pete's OpenGL 2.8.0.0 using the same settings.

Tried several different Japanese BIOSes, I think 1000 5500 and 7000

AMD Sempron 2800+, XP SP 3, 1.5 GB of DDR2, integrated GeForce 6100 256 MB.

pSX has been working great, just it sometimes locks up. Also I've gotten a glitch or two but that could just be from the game.
