ISO to ELF convert

I am using whinecube_r7 emulator and I need to convert my ISO game to: ELF, dol or gcm. How can I convert it?

GCM files are ISO files renamed to GCM. You can open them with a program that opens ISO files if you just rename them.

Is it like that with every iso? Cuz I tried just renaming my iso to "gcm" but it still didn't load .

Maybe because your games aren't supported yet by the emu you're using right now
