Yes. On a brand new OS install. Performed worse than the "dirty" install on a messy OS that I just happened to clean up. Went back to 8.8 beta (8.540) with an update, and got a 10% boost in Lost Planet.

It's an insanely long change log. Mostly video playback issues... and some specific games. 8.540 doesn't have any issues, though, and I'm scoring as much as a dual 8800GTX setup with SupCom and Lost Planet.

I installed it, works fine, doesn't seem to have any performance difference though I am rather blind when it comes to spotting graphics improvements! Other then that, the CCC is a bit more jazzy then my previous 8.6 but thats pretty much it.

Its just that I've been in contact with a hardware importer and he offered me two 4870X2 for 1000$, where as a single 4870X2 went for 750$, so I went for the pair - its a bargain thing.

I was also able to cut the price of my list down from 2500$ to 1700$, so now I can add a kickass screen to my shopping list.

I also set the date - September 10th.
