No Controller Response

I've setup 1.7.0 and most of my games work.
-Breath of Fire 4
-MVC1
-FFVIII(Uses analog but have trouble with movement)
-KOF 98
-KOF 99
-Legend of Dragoon
-Vampire Savior 3
-JoJos Bizarre Adventure(No BGM)
-Legend Of Legaia
-Metal Gear Solid
-Xenogears
-Star Ocean 2(same as FFVIII)
-Capcom vs SNK

All these games work great. Control is perfect, sound and visuals are excellent. Save for a few problems here and there.

However with these games I get no controller response at all:
-FF Tactics
-Castlevania SOTN
-Breath of Fire 3
-FFVII
-X-men vs Street Fighter.

My plugins are:
Bios:scph1001
Video:P.E.Op.S. Soft Driver 1.18
Sound:P.E.Op.S DSound Audio Driver 1.9
CD rom:ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.7.0.

My OS is Vista.
Processor:AMD Turion 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-52 1.60 GHz
RAM: 894 MB
System type: 32 bits

Can someone help me out here?

map your buttons to a different input device like your keyboard and see if it responds in those games.
