[Wii] Minireview Wiijected: Red Steel.

There was so much I wanted to like about this game, whether it be fighting the Asian mafia, rescuing an Asian Hottie *who has a very American voice?* but damn, the controls are terrible. I'd think the Wiimote could be better utilized. Metroid Prime 3 has better controls, actually almost every game on the Wii is superior.

I didn't last very long in the game. I lost interest after trying the sword controls.

This could have been a very good game. This could have paved the way for a number of great FPS games for the Wii, but no, they screw up the game. I don't know who to blame, Ubisoft or Nintendo.

If you can deal with the crappy controls, the rest of the game is superior in every other way, but damn the controls suck.

For a launch title, the game was actually pretty awesome, when you didn't have games like Metroid Prime or other future FPS's to compare it too, the controls were not that bad, I played through it for quite awhile, got pretty far, I plan to finish it someday.

My mate got this game and I suggested we play multiplayer. Not having played a Wii before I was constantly looking at either the ceiling or the floor. I ended up giving up because after an hour I couldn't get the controls to work right for me.
