Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2 Plugins issue

I got PAL version of this game,and turned it to MDF with Alcohol 120...But when I run it i get around 30FPS in the intro and in the menues,battles etc.Tried 0.9.5 pcsx2 but it laggs like hell..I Have C2D@2.8GHz,2GB Ram,8600GTS,Windows Vista Ultimate.I Use GSDX 0.1.8 (with any other one i do not see the characters),and ZeroSPU 0.4.4...(DBZ BT3 Works great on this config...) What can I do??

I will (probably) get one 8800GT if you explain me something.How can Dragon ball Z : Budokai Tenkaichi 3 (Which haves greater graphics and should request more) work on 800x800 DX10 with my card with 60FPS all time??

Because it's a different game? DBZ games are gpu intensive and your 8600 is pretty weak.
It could also be because gabest has removed the post processing effects in the tenkaichi 3 game and not 2,thus boosting the fps alot

I play with tenkaichi 3 pal,at 42 fps with this config>
amd athlon 64 x2 5000+
1 gb ram
geforce 8400 gs

try running it on gsdx 0.1.4.
I have DBZ budokai tenkaichi 2.
i tried running it with gsdx 0.1.8 and 0.1.4
i got better speed with gsdx 0.1.4

sorry mate,but when I use GSDX 0.1.4 i can't see the charachters...i have the PAL version..

Even with gsdx 0.1.9 you cant see characters if you can then please attach a screenshot

I can see the charachters with GSDX 0.1.9,but the framerate is somewhere around 6 frames per second?!?
