The colour of the window?

Right-click on desktop -> properties -> appearance -> Advanced, and you have all the different parts there to be colour-changed.

So then... which part do you want to change?

P.S.: Yep... that's multi-tasking on 450MHz laptop, peeps! It's just that efficient.

You can't change color of that part because that in fact is an image inside msstyle.

I use StyleBuilder to change things like that.

Well, for starters, you can get TrueTransparency to change your title bar.
If you want to change whatever that is in the toolbar (the space you just pointed to earlier), use Yz Toolbar. Both said programs are free.

I think I stated that fact a few times already? Mmm... and if you know the GameVN forums, you'd at least be able to catch a glimpse of me somewhere...

I still visit that place every now and then, anyway.

I was more active in the hardware, and emulation sections of that place, and... occasionally in the programming section as well.

The Bricopacks.
http://www.crystalxp.net/bricopack/en.htm

My personal favourite is Vista Inspirat Ultimate 2 (with the commandset style switched to Classic XP, rather than Vista olive)

For icons, you could use UberIcon. A different icon set would be cooler as a first step. Yz, UberIcon and RcketDock are included in the Bricopacks, along with radical visual upgrade.
