Analog stick doesnt work

When I start up a game it says "Analog 1 Off". I press f5 and nothing happens. I go into the controller config and in the drop-down menu in the right corner it doesnt say "Analog/Digital"

It says:
Disabled
Digital
Mouse/Digital
Dual Analog
Dualshock
Namcoblah
Namcoblah

How can I fix it?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: I'm using an xbox360 controller and the analog works in all other games.

Try my settings :

NOTE : If you have problemz with your sticks (damaged from hard-use), just config the options I marked in red and leave those I marked in blue.

Are you sure that the game you are running has analogue support?

Squall what do you mean? Did mean dual analogue is the same as dualshlock? They are not the same since a non vibrating dual analogue controller was released before dualshock and was used for games like porsche challenge (I am still surprised it says it doesnt say it has analogue support on the box and supports vibration even before the dualshock was released.).

I think the gunblader ment that either Dual Shock or Dual Analog, have Digital/Analog support or functionality.

I think that for an Xbox360 controller with rumble DInput support (XBCD), Dual Shock is the more appropriate. Even so, if rumble is wanted (without rumble DInput support), there's a "visual" option regardless. =P

Also, as lagunareturns said, Does the game actually support analog?
If you can activate analog in a game that do not support it, probably neither stick nor d-pad will work. It's also probable that it will switch back to digital automaticly.

DualShock and Dual Analogue are the Digial/Analogue that you are looking for, the first includes rumble support while the last doesn't.

being that the Xbox360 controls don't support Forcefeedback(Wired control + XBCD only), you can use either one and you'll get no rumble anyway.

you don't need to have a DualShock or DualAnalogue control to use these types, they are just the type of control emulated.

F4 disables the frame limiter.
F5 switches between analogue and digital

You can just read the "ReadMe" file included within the EmuPak for that.
