Screenshot "ding" sound

Hi, I'm taking quite a few screenshots sometimes because I'm finally playing Xenogears for the first time, and after playing the three Xenosaga games I know the story will get confusing as hell, so since I'm emulating it I figured I'd hit the F8 key once in a while to record certain bits of information.
My question is, is there a way to stop that "ding" sound the computer makes when I take a screenshot with F8? I know its not a big deal, but since I keep the sound up cause I like the music, the tone it makes is pretty loud and annoying. Thanks.

turn off your O/S's sound scheme and see if it goes away.
