Please Help With Tekken 4 Setup.
A friend of mine is trying to get his Tekken 4 past 40 FPS. The best thing he was able to reach, however was 20-35 FPS. His CPU is Athlon 64 XP2 with 2333(I sure hope he's talking about one core, not two of them together )GeForce 9600GT with 2gb ram(or is that ddr2 now, no clue, really) And all of that is sitting on ASUS motherbord(no clue with one, sorry) Anyway, he can only launch the game through ZEROGS, GSdx always crashes on start up. Can you please help out with some advices? The poor guy is on the edge! He's gonna break his PC out of anger! Seriously.

Lol that explains it i got intel core duo e4600 overclocked 3.02 ghz 8600GT i always get with tekken 58 Fps en some levels 45 fps. But i use gsdx9 so your friend should be able 2 get a higher fps then me with a 9600GT tell your friend to try reinstalling pcsx2 en at cpu options at the frame limiter options check the box *Normal - all frames are rendered as fast ass possible*. |

Wow! That was quick!^_^ Did that already, but still no good. Every time he's trying to launch the game though gsdx(he claims he tried all of them) the game crashes. |

I'll try it, thanks. Thanks for the directx tip. That helped, however the speed is still about 35 fps. Any tips for graphic options? Last edited by deusex2; June 16th, 2008 at 10:41.. Reason: Automerged Doublepost |
