BETA Discussion Thread - Read 1st post
ok simple rules 1. KEEP IT ON TOPIC, if i see people talking about vista and how it sucks, i wont be going easy on them. 2. No Support, this is only for beta discussion, code submission for the developers, showing off the latest improvements. Nothing more, zip squat. RULE 2 INCLUDES ASKING WHERE TO GET SVN REVISIONS! Failure to comply with these 2 simple rules will result in warnings or being banned, so heed them. go

wow, thanks for re-open this topic. OK, I experience a nice fps boost with SVN 364. (Look at the screenshots thread). However, I have to use Peops Sound, because the sound doesn't seem ok for me if I use zeroSPU2. (Setting process to low priority doesn't help)

Same conclusion, in games like Tekken IV, MK: A - +5 - 10 fps with latest svn (364). Sound works correctly for me with zeroSPU2 (tested with this 2 titles).

We would be interested in games working in SVN rev 363 and being broken in 364.Just to document what kind of compatibility hit that change has.Oh and please test properly,no speed hacks and crap

well persona 3 seems to be a tad faster for me on 364 didnt compile 365 or 363 to try the differences out yet

svn 364 was the first to achieve fullspeed in dqviii on the world map for me (using the same config and pc for the last 100 or so svns) suikoden V also got a boost from around 40 fps average to 60-65

i think i can mention these things to bring the devs into notice about what i found playing mk deception? i did not notice any speed diff. like others mentioned in mortal kombat deception also the end movies are still having trouble the folliowing is just for info of devs 1) when scorpion uses spear,hell fire it is not visible.some other fighters also show the same prob. 2)texts in conquest mode and things in puzzle mode are unvisible so diificlut to play thanks |

@bositman Titles tested so far with rev 363 and 364 Tekken IV, Virtua Fighter IV EVO, MK: DA/DC/A, Tekken Tag Tournament. All of them work well, no stability change. Just speed increase (not in all, MK games almost no change). @cmkannan - cmon ...HOW HARD IS READING? Its not a thread to post bugs in pcsx2, its a thread to disscuss svn/betas and that MK: D problems youre writing is in pcsx2 since 0.9.4... Last edited by Xerialq; May 12th, 2008 at 20:11.. |

No matter how many warnings,purple letters,flashing letters,singing letters he adds this will keep happening. Xerialq we have more important things to do than cleaning out a thread constantly from all the garbage posts... That's why threads like these will not ever last long unfortunately.

right i get it, get this back on the subject in hand, ignore the current happenings, obviously we got off to a bad start. im giving this till post 30 to improve, if it doesnt, bye bye beta threads.
