Chrono Cross
The battles are really annoying in Chrono Cross, becasuse it messed up and all you see is a black screen for awhile. I'm using pete's Open GL plugin. I could get it work once, but it was in software, and only with annoying scanlines on. Is there a way to fix this using using the Open Gl driver? I have a nVidia TNT2 video card Last edited by SSJ2_Gohan; January 15th, 2002 at 02:21.. |

I assume that the "black screen" the swirly effect part. You can switch that on by setting the framebuffer to 2 and off screen drawing to 3 . However it will probably be damn slow on a tnt2 so I'd leave it off. Also make sure that the filtering is off (ie 0) in order to see the field effect section correctly. For certian parts of the game you will also need full vram primitives and the framebuffer read on move special fix switched on also.
