Unhappy I open my game. So what?

Greetings

Whenever i load a game with the emulator, i get the usual screen with a normal playstation. What i mean, is this:

So what? Nothing happens afterwards, i tried with several games. I got a bios, plugins, and this happens with all games i run. How do i run the game? On the usual playstation, it would just eventually start. I waited 30 minutes, nothing happens. What should i do?

I can't tell you how i got the bios, but it does work.I tried 3 games, Tekken 4 and 5, and Soul Calibur 2. All got the same result.

System specs...

MEDION
Proffesionel computer
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 processor
3400+
2.41 GHz, 512 MB Ram

If you downloaded the bios online we can't help you here

On the side note try diffrent CD/DVD plugins... it's clearly not picking up the disks..

I think i made myself unclear. The emulator works fine. It's just that i can't open the game, so I'm stuck at that screen.
