Hironobu Sakaguchi - Creator of Final Fantasy series Nobuo Uematsu - Music Composer of Final Fantasy series This game is very popular in japan. Bah, I'm not buying crapbox360 for this, as far as I know it has long loading time and its not that "revolutionary" anyways, just another J-RPG with turn based combat and all... If it came to PS3 I'd buy it, but I'm not buying a console for one game(especially as I have PS3 already), no matter how good the game is.

I wouldn't call it the RPG heaven just yet. It has some nice games (and will get more W-RPG than the PS3... that's for sure...) but the PS3 will still get more JPG in the end (even if some of them get ported to the 360 every once in a while).

1) Lack of PC power. Not everyone can play those games at the same resolution (720) with the same gfx settings AND a smooth FPS. (using a 7950GT, oc'ed, playing at 1024x768 with max settings is usually possible, but the game won't be smooth. I gotta sacrifice something (usually shadows) if I want to keep a smooth fps (25+) There is a lot of people with specs making it possible to play 360 games at medium/high quality (low is useless), but there are more of them who can't. 2) If it's one game, you can wait. If it's 3+ games, waiting becomes boring. Who wants to wait for every single game when they can play them right now? The only game I want from the 360 atm is Mass Effect (well, possibly Force Unleashed, we'll see later) so waiting is easy. But if there was more games than that, buying a 360 is just way easier and less troublesome. Not every game gets ported either way. Some do, some don't. Halo 3 could easily have been a hit on PC (if done better than previous games... maybe being of a different gen they would do a better job) but they decided not to.
