EU court: You should be able to resell digital software

I wonder how this changes the idea that making games completely virtual will kill used game sales... I'm so laughing at this!

And this on the same day ACTA died... This is a happy day indeed.

More seriously, the most effect this could have is putting a stop to discounted priced for digital games.
