Help with ePSXe?

Ok, I'm a total noob, with this forum AND ePSXe. I really want to play final fantasy tactics and spyro 3, but I have no clue how to download plugins and bios, let alone which ones to download. I also don't understand unzipping and unraring completely. Could anyone help? And if this for some reason is the wrong forum subject to post this, i'm sorry. Tips and pointers would be absolutely loved.
