Dark Cloud running sort of slow?

Hello everyone I just downloaded pcsx2-r5350

If this isn't the best ps2 emu PLEASE let me know. Anyways I'm having some problems in Dark Cloud where it begins to run very slow during combat, almost to the point it makes me want to throw my keyboard at the wall. Remember I just downloaded this and I'm not sure how to configure it, here is my computer info
