rare ring in castlevania

how do i transfer my save file from VisualBoyAdvanceCE too DeSmuME soo i can start whit my rare ring?
in Castlevania Aria of Sorrow to Castlevania - Dawn of Sorrow

Soul ring increases your chance at getting souls by 50%. I don't think Rare ring affects it at all.

IIRC, both increase Luck in addition to their primary effect, so they help in the other regard as well; just not to the same extent.
