It's a little hard to say how exactly it will perform for you. Short answer, you can most likely get it to run at a stable 40-60fps considering you don't apply any enhancements and keep close to the native res. Long answer? Here's my example:

i5 3750k @3.80Ghz
gtx670 Direct II TOP
8gb ddr3 1866mhz

Dolphin ran stable ~30fps at 1080p with most graphical enhancements turn on/full.

My Toshiba Satellite P750 laptop with a Core i7-2670QM, 4GB of DDR3-1333 RAM and a Geforce GT 540M can run most games at 60fps or close to it with vsync, per-pixel depth (and up to 2.5x internal resolution on less demanding games). Don't bother trying the most demanding games though, such as Super Mario Galaxy.

I have the same specs, many games will run at full speed. The only real thing is that you probably won't be able to use LLE Audio (Low-level Emulation) without the sound skipping.

Truth be told this is the first game I tried out, all quality settings maxed. GTX670, i5 @ 3.40Ghz, 8gb ram peaked 25fps, which isn't good at all.
