How to adjust position of IR cursor to Wiimote?

I am trying to play Buckhunter but the cursor position relative to my gun is not accurate. How can I adjust the position of the IR cursor? I want to be shooting where I'm aiming.

I have a wii bar sensor on the bottom of my 55" plasma and stand about 8' from the screen.

I was thinking about using GLOVE PIE and then adjusting the values through that as my emulated mouse, but I can't get glovepie to recognize my TR remote.
