Both Persona 2 games have a major issue on both my pc's?!

Hello

I have Persona 2 Innocent Sin and Persona 2 Eternal Punnishment and they both work absolutly perfect untill the critical part of the game shows up. When its supposed to be showing you Persona's ingame it shows only these blocks... The even stranger thing is on my laptop i have Persona 3 FES and that game has no problems with it, on my desktop i have Revelations: Persona. Again, no issues. Is this a problem with the iso's or what? I cannot enjoy the game if main part of the graphics is just some random moving blocks. By the way i have tried it on both my pc's; My desktop is Windows XP and my Laptop runs Windows 7.
