Having trouble with Arkham Asylum GotY (Steam)

Weird Bug.
I locked Harley Quinn up and saved the game, now after I restart and face lunatics, they can't be defeated, I beat the crap out of them and they never seem to go down for the count.

I checked the Integrity of the cache and it downloaded over 300GB of data, but even after that and a restart, I can't seem to beat up the guys. I don't want to lose 10 hours of gameplay, does anyone have some advice?

I uploaded some pictures of the thug (on my Steam Profile.) I don't think he's on Titan but I may be wrong.

They are pictures Thug 1 - Thug 4.

300 GB? Are those figures correct? Sounds like a lot but I don't really play many pc platformer games on my computer.

What is your stream profile? I can check it out if you'd like. I love the game on my PS3 and I can probably tell you if it's a technical or game issue if you want me to give it a shot.

Ok it says something about Lunatics can only be taken out with a ground take out, how do I do that? I throw them to the ground and they keep coming back?

You need them stunned on the ground before you can do a ground takedown, so just keep wailing on them till they end up on the floor.
