How do you hold a 360 controller?

I've been using what I think is the normal hold on the controller with just index fingers and thumbs in use basically but I've noticed that I then barely ever use the shoulder buttons (even if they perform a useful function) and often even find myself forgetting they're there in the first place.
So I think I'm gonna try and start using a dual finger hold for the back (middle and index).

And hey whilst I'm at it I figure I might as well make a poll out of this and find out what you guys do.
I know this is technically a question about hardware but since how you hold it relates to how you play I figure the question might be better suited for this section.

So what do you guys do?

Dual, with the index and middle fingers resting on the shoulder buttons and triggers respectively.

What I usually forget though, is that there's a Back button. O.O

Depends what I play, as I hold it differently when playing fighters (holding it normal on left and using index and middle finger for buttons on right, not using shoulder buttons at all), but normal when playing anything else with a controller.

...The supposed "normal" way as you said SCHUMI index and thumbs. Thought all of my games make use of both the triggers and bumpers.

Dual, but it depends on the game really. racing games it would would be index fingers on the triggers. fighting games don't matter since I switch to arcade stick other then these its mostly the same for other games.

Mostly normal, rarely though it can happen for me to use dual, for shooters only though.
