website malfunction
I downloaded ePSXe, unzipped it and it wouldn't run. So, i consulted the official website, but the step by step guide shows me a really handy looking list of links, labeled step 1-8 with respective headings, which all do nothing. I know it says to read that stuff before asking noob questions, but since i can't read it, I was wondering if maybe someone could post or email me those instructions or offer any other assistance.
