Good Computer but Slow Emulation?

I run Dolphin at Max Settings for hours without a single glitch.

When I try to play New Super Mario Bros on DesMume x64, its in slow motion.
Ive messed with the settings but cant get it right. Anybody ?

I've been playing NSMB without any issues at all, I'm using last svn from here
