Pcsx2 0.9.8 launching problem

hi guys, i don't know what to do, i just downloaded pcsx2 emulator and its bioses and plugins but i can't launch it, i think my cdvd plugin doesn't work because when it's opening plugins it stops after spu2 opening and doesn't continue, please help me!

Extract the bios from your ps2
Downloading a bios which isnt from your own ps2 is illegal.

how can i extract the bios?and is it my problem due to the bios?
