Pokemon Sapphire problems

When I use dive I have such thing, I can't see anything. Why? The same happens in the some caves too.

I've seen a thread with such problem in the fire red on VBA, guys told about SFX etc. but what can I do here?
(and I can't launch pokemon sapphire on VBA I don't know why :L I choose the game and nothing happens)

That's just the way it is on no$gba. It broke when no$gba started emulating the DS and there's no way to fix it. Your only choice is to use VBA.
