Fighting games without music

[Zegame]

I am using epsxe 1.70.
There are sound effects, but the music is not being played.

The games are:
Mortal Kombat Trilogy
Super Street Fighter 2 and Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo (Street Fighter Collection)

I get no music with Eternal SPU plugin and Peops plugin.

I tried to use pcsx, but in Mortal Kombat, the music volume is low in comparison to sound efects and when I win a battle, it does not say "Character wins" (Sub-zero wins).
In Street Fighter, the first second of the music is not being played, it ignores the first second.
