I've been playing Pokemon Blue for a few days, now, and last night I saved the game, and I shut down my computer. When I got home, today, I logged on, and my Key's Configuration was all deleted, so I replaced it. No one had gotten to my computer. Whenever I go to battle a Pokemon, it won't let me select the fighting technique that I would like to use, and it selects the technique, and I have to select another one for them to switch places, like switching your Pokemon around. I tried a new version, Pokemon Red, and when I went to go put my name in, and it wouldn't let me select any letters. Is something wrong with my key configuration, or did a virus or something get to my game? Is there an easy way to fix this? Please help!

What emulator are you using? It sounds more like your keyboard or something else has gotten a stuck key that's constantly being pressed and is overriding any other keys. Perhaps open notepad and check if any letter keeps getting repeated typed and unplug your gamepad and then put it back in if you have one. Also do the same for your keyboard and mouse.
